QADHÂ – قضاء

Literally and etymologically: Derived from the root q-dh-y (ق - ض - ي), which literally means deciding, judging, executing, or bringing a matter to its final completion.

As an Islamic Term: It refers to the actual fulfillment, creation and manifestation of Allah’s eternal decree preordained in Qadar. It signifies the execution and bringing into existence of that decree, emerging within the physical realm (‘âlam al-shahâdah) at the exact time, location and form appointed by Allah.
